What you will do

• Own product initiatives from planning through execution and continuous improvement.
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and development specifications.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes to align teams around expected outcomes.
• Manage daily delivery activities, prioritize backlogs, and address blockers.
• Coordinate communication between technical teams, customers, and business stakeholders.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate product discovery, documentation, and workflow automation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product delivery role.
• Must be based in Brazil.
• Fluent Portuguese and advanced/professional English skills.
• Proven experience defining MVPs and prioritizing backlogs based on customer value.
• Strong understanding of product development methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve productivity and product workflows.

Nice to have

• Strong AI fluency, including experience with workflow automation and AI agents.
• Experience working with vertical software products or regulated industries.
• Experience creating AI-assisted productivity systems.
