What you will do

• Define and drive product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business objectives.
• Lead product discovery initiatives to identify opportunities and validate hypotheses.
• Own and refine the product backlog, balancing customer value with technical feasibility.
• Partner with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Facilitate decision-making and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Monitor product performance and leverage data to drive continuous optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Advanced to fluent English for collaboration with global stakeholders.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst.
• Strong expertise in product discovery, roadmap definition, and backlog management.
• Solid knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions and manage stakeholders effectively.
