What you will do

• Own, refine, and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value and customer impact.
• Translate customer, user, and business needs into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering teams, designers, and subject matter experts to define priorities and support delivery.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and product development from conception through delivery.
• Monitor initiatives, dependencies, impediments, risks, and delivery commitments.
• Gather customer feedback and product insights to improve features, user experience, communication, and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• Advanced English required for collaboration with global stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar digital product role.
• Experience managing backlogs, writing user stories, defining requirements, and supporting digital product delivery.
• Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Specialization in product management, product ownership, Agile methodologies, or digital products.
• Familiarity with customer experience, software development processes, and digital product lifecycle management.
