What you will do

• Own, refine, and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value.
• Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and subject matter experts to define priorities.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support product delivery from conception to launch.
• Monitor initiatives, identify dependencies, and support teams in achieving commitments.
• Gather customer feedback to continuously improve features and user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Advanced English proficiency for global stakeholder collaboration.
• Previous experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, or Business Analyst.
• Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience managing backlogs and defining acceptance criteria.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
