What you will do

• Manage, prioritize, and continuously refine the product backlog to align with business objectives and customer needs.
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories and detailed acceptance criteria for agile teams.
• Facilitate refinement sessions with development teams, ensuring alignment throughout the delivery process.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define priorities, roadmap evolution, and strategic product decisions.
• Monitor product indicators and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Act as the primary link between business areas and technology teams to ensure effective communication.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar product-focused role.
• Strong proficiency in agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Expertise in backlog management, prioritization techniques, and product discovery.
• Knowledge of BPMN or business process modeling.
• Understanding of REST APIs and system integrations.
• Must be based in Brazil.

Nice to have

• Experience in the financial sector, including Open Finance, Open Banking, or payment solutions.
• PSPO or CSPO certification.
• Experience utilizing AI-powered productivity tools like Claude, Copilot, or Kiro.
