What you will do

• Monitor key product adoption metrics such as Activation Rate, DAU/MAU, and Retention to identify growth opportunities.
• Connect product performance indicators with business metrics including Churn, NRR, and CAC.
• Lead independent discovery cycles, including user interviews, usability testing, and hypothesis generation.
• Prototype and validate product solutions leveraging artificial intelligence to accelerate research.
• Build and prioritize the product roadmap in alignment with stakeholders to support retention goals.
• Apply growth strategies focused on rapid experimentation and low-cost validation.

Requirements

• Experience in product management roles focused on growth, adoption, engagement, or customer retention.
• Strong background in growth hacking, including rapid experimentation and hypothesis validation.
• Ability to independently conduct UX research, user interviews, and usability tests.
• Experience using artificial intelligence tools within product workflows to improve productivity and analysis.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret product engagement, adoption, and retention metrics.
• Experience with experimentation frameworks, feature flags, and A/B testing.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Product-Led Growth (PLG), guided onboarding, and engagement loops.
• Familiarity with in-app messaging tools such as Pendo, Appcues, or Intercom.
• Experience working with B2B SaaS products and understanding enterprise customer journeys.
• Proficiency in product prototyping and advanced AI tools for analysis or creation.
