What you will do

• Build and maintain the product roadmap and backlog for Pix solutions, ensuring clear communication of priorities.
• Create detailed product documentation, including initiatives, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct product discovery, benchmarking, and research to support data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with UX, architecture, and technical teams to design solutions aligned with regulatory and technical requirements.
• Monitor product metrics such as adoption, operational efficiency, and user satisfaction.
• Support agile ceremonies and contribute to the development of junior Product Owners.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil.
• Previous experience as a Product Owner focused on Pix, payments, or financial products.
• Strong knowledge of product management techniques, including discovery and opportunity mapping.
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret metrics and support data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and technical teams.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Pix regulatory ecosystem and Central Bank requirements.
• Familiarity with Open Finance and current payment market trends.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools such as SQL or Power BI.
• Experience with prioritization frameworks like RICE or Impact Matrix.
• Experience conducting usability tests and user research.
