What you will do
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, risks, and impact.
- Define initiatives, epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Support product discovery activities and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Map complex business processes including academic, financial, and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate backlog refinement sessions and participate in agile ceremonies.
- Collaborate with Engineering, UX, QA, and business teams to ensure successful product outcomes.
Requirements
- Must be based in Brazil
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in complex digital products.
- Experience with B2B, SaaS, ERP, or educational technology platforms.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product discovery practices.
- Proficiency in business process mapping and requirements analysis (BPMN).
Nice to have
- Postgraduate degree in related areas.
- Certifications in Product Ownership, Scrum, or Product Management.
- Experience in EdTech or with educational ERP platforms.
- Practical use of AI tools for documentation, backlog creation, and impact analysis.
