Location: Shanghai, China. Ability to travel extensively across China and SEA is required.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end Tech & Ops integration for the Elland business, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Drive ongoing and new deployments across China and Southeast Asia markets.
• Define and implement scalable operating models, including team structure, systems, and governance.
• Provide technical direction for data platforms and digital capabilities, promoting the adoption of AI/ML and GenAI.
• Manage and influence senior stakeholders and MD-level leaders across different regions.
• Drive process excellence, digitization, and automation to improve cycle times and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Technology, Operations, or tech-enabled business environments.
• Proven track record of leading large cross-functional teams and complex programs.
• Strong expertise in technology platforms, data systems, and digital transformation.
• Experience working across China and/or Southeast Asia markets.
• Ability to travel extensively across China and SEA, especially during the first 4–6 months.
• Flexibility to work across multiple time zones and global teams.

Nice to have

• Exposure to e-commerce, data-driven products, or platform-based business models.
• Experience with vendor collaboration.
• Mandarin proficiency.
