What you will do

• Drive strategic vision by translating management goals into technical OKRs, making build vs. buy decisions, and partnering with Product and Business teams on roadmaps.
• Evolve platform to scalable microservices architecture supporting 7000+ restaurants with high uptime, data security, and performance across web, mobile, and cloud.
• Oversee engineering excellence, manage technical debt, optimize resources, and ensure agile processes for high-velocity deliverables.
• Build innovation Labs for experimental verticals and foster UX/UI-obsessed culture.
• Lead distributed team of 100 engineers, mentor managers, cultivate psychological safety, and represent as technical ambassador.

Requirements

• 15+ years in technology leadership, including 5+ years in leadership capacity.
• Proven track in global marketplace, Food-Tech, or high-scale B2B/B2C ecosystems.
• Strong technical depth in modern architecture (microservices, APIs), Kubernetes at scale, Data Science, and ML/AI implementation.
• Experience scaling systems for millions of users in high-growth environments.
• Entrepreneurial 0-to-1 mindset, data-led decision-making, and strong communication to align stakeholders.
