What you will do

• Lead and grow a team of Applied Scientists focused on AI/ML product capabilities.
• Define the technical vision and roadmap for agentic and proactive AI features.
• Maintain hands-on technical involvement in code reviews and architectural decisions.
• Partner with product and engineering leadership to deliver AI capabilities across the suite.
• Hire and onboard new team members as the AI investment scales.
• Represent team progress and priorities to cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the Paris office (Hybrid).
• Proven experience as a technical leader in applied AI/ML.
• Strong background in taking ML/AI models from research prototypes to production.
• Experience in analytics, NLP, or user-behavior domains.
• Ability to translate complex technical AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating in greenfield environments with high ambiguity.
