What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a chapter of highly skilled engineers across multiple squads to ensure engineerhirify.global craftsmanship.
• Architect enterprise-grade multi-agent systems, includhirify.global GenAI agents and orchestration frameworks.
• Design and implement RAG pipelines and API-driven integrations with systems like M365, ServiceNow, and Workday.
• Define and enforce AI safety, governance, observability, and risk mitigation frameworks.
• Translate product priorities into technical engineerhirify.global approaches and delivery plans.
• Contribute to the long-term AI strategy and lead innovation in AI-first workplace solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineerhirify.global with proven leadership of engineerhirify.global teams in large-scale environments.
• Expert-level hands-on experience with LLMs, GenAI systems, and multi-agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex).
• Strong proficiency in Python, API development, and CI/CD for production AI systems.
• Deep experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, and retrieval optimization.
• Strong system design skills, includhirify.global distributed systems and event-driven architecture.
• Knowledge of AI safety, ethics, and data protection standards.
