What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of Enterprise and Mid-Market clients to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
• Strategically guide customers to achieve their business goals and maximize the value of the product.
• Conduct regular meetings and quarterly business reviews to influence outcomes through performance metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to detect and execute on areas of improvement for client KPIs.
• Identify, nurture, and close growth opportunities within the existing customer base.

Requirements

• Fluency in both French and English.
• Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with Enterprise customers and executive sponsors.
• Commercial savvy for identifying and closing revenue growth opportunities.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and manage multiple tasks.
• Must be based in Barcelona, Spain for the hybrid work model.
