What you will do

• Execute enforcement tasks including detection, verification, and reporting of IP infringements.
• Submit takedown requests across various digital channels with high accuracy.
• Document all enforcement activities and findings using internal tools.
• Strictly follow established protocols and escalation paths for complex cases.
• Meet and exceed KPIs related to the volume, quality, and efficiency of enforcement actions.

Requirements

• Degree or formal training in Law (highly preferred).
• High proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong logical problem-solving abilities.
• Keen interest in Intellectual Property (IP) rights.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

• Foundational knowledge of Intellectual Property rights.
• Prior experience in Brand Protection, data handling, or report generation.
