What you will do

• Manage legal customer complaints, including consumer organization files and court cases.
• Handle data protection and consumer rights inquiries.
• Collaborate with legal counsels to ensure regulatory compliance in customer service.
• Support VIP and sensitive customer complaint resolution.
• Analyze and report on the results of regulatory and communication initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in Barcelona for a hybrid work model.
• Spanish: C1 proficiency required.
• Strong analytical capacity and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience in managing customer complaints or legal case management.
• Ability to negotiate with tact, diplomacy, and a win-win perspective.

Nice to have

• Experience in tourism-related legal case management (GDPR, consumer regulations).
• Proficiency in additional languages: German, Portuguese, Norwegian, Swedish, Dutch, Catalan, Euskera, or Galician.
• Experience in PR, media relations, or VIP management.
• Knowledge of GDS systems like Amadeus or Galileo.
