What you will do

• Support the administration of European and International patent matters throughout the patent lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate patent records and docket information in the Anaqua IP management system.
• Monitor and manage correspondence with external law firms and patent offices.
• Prepare, organize, and upload patent-related documentation and electronic records.
• Perform data entry and quality checks to ensure portfolio accuracy.
• Assist the European IP team with ad hoc administrative projects and process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Madrid, Spain.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant Vocational Education (FP) or Bachelor’s degree program.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
