What you will do

• Lead small, low-complexity projects or workstreams, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver results within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, resource estimates, and technical documentation.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and scope changes using established governance processes.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and project communications through effective planning and change management.
• Facilitate project meetings and promote the application of PMI project management methodologies.
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to the continuous improvement of organizational project standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• PMP certification, or the ability to obtain it within 12 months.
• Minimum of six years of experience supporting or managing projects in a cross-functional business environment.
• Strong practical knowledge of PMI Five Process Groups and Ten Project Management Knowledge Areas.
• Proven expertise in project planning, risk management, and problem-solving.
• Experience with project scheduling and management tools.
