What you will do

• Create and manage comprehensive project plans, including equipment, deadlines, and cost planning.
• Monitor and ensure observance of project budgets and production-relevant KPIs.
• Optimize and develop internal processes, systems, and methods.
• Prepare cost-based offers and define alternatives to optimize production costs.
• Oversee logistics, quality, manufacturing line, and general factory planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a Technical field.
• English: C1 (excellent communication skills) required.
• Location: Must be based in or be able to work in Satu Mare, Romania.
• Strong organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to adapt to frequent changes and take initiative.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German language.
