Serial Life Project Manager (Automotive)

What you will do

• Create and maintain project and concept plans covering equipment, deadlines, and costs.
• Control project budgets, allocate costs across functions, and implement corrective measures for deviations.
• Monitor production-related project KPIs and goals.
• Optimize and develop processes, systems, and methods.
• Prepare and support production-cost-based offers, define cost alternatives, and coordinate with sub-project managers.
• Plan logistics, quality, manufacturing lines, processes, factories, material flows, layouts, methods, and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• Excellent English communication skills required.
• Strong organization, problem-solving, decision-making, and adaptability skills.
• Very good communication skills, teamwork, self-motivation, and willingness to learn and develop.
• Knowledge of P-FMEA and 8D Analysis is advantageous.
