What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of short-term engagements (typically 4–8 weeks), ensuring successful outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and serve as the primary point of contact throughout execution.
• Coordinate the work of solution architects, consultants, and subject matter experts.
• Analyze client needs and oversee implementation in fast-changing environments.
• Drive efficient, outcome-focused project execution using Agile principles and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to expand client engagement and create additional business value.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in project management, technology services, or consulting.
• Proven track record of delivering short-term, high-impact projects (pilots, proof-of-value).
• Strong client-facing skills and a structured problem-solving approach.
• Technical fluency with the ability to effectively bridge business and technical teams.
• English: C1 (Excellent) proficiency required.
• Must be based in Bulgaria, Poland, or Romania.

Nice to have

• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
