What you will do
- Lead end-to-end project delivery of workstreams under the Central Finance program, from planning through execution and hypercare.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, finance, business stakeholders, and external system integrators.
- Oversee data migration strategy, system integration, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), and cutover planning.
- Drive governance structures, risk management frameworks, and manage vendor relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 6 years of project management experience, ideally leading SAP transformation programs.
- Hands-on experience with Central Finance (CFIN) implementations.
- Demonstrated experience managing global, multi-country deployments.
- Expertise in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
- PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
