What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery of workstreams under the Central Finance program, from planning through execution and hypercare.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, finance, business stakeholders, and external system integrators.
  • Oversee data migration strategy, system integration, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), and cutover planning.
  • Drive governance structures, risk management frameworks, and manage vendor relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 6 years of project management experience, ideally leading SAP transformation programs.
  • Hands-on experience with Central Finance (CFIN) implementations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing global, multi-country deployments.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
  • PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
