What you will do

• Manage projects and initiatives within the B2C Marketing team.
• Provide operational support to Marketing Managers, coordinating task execution across various business units.
• Execute task management and prioritization using Jira and Asana.
• Control reporting materials and ensure strict adherence to deadlines.
• Support documentation processes and corporate knowledge management.
• Coordinate team workflows and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally in a marketing environment.
• Deep understanding of marketing processes and workflows.
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and Asana.
• Experience in resource estimation, project planning, risk, and change management.
• English: B1 level or higher.
• Ukrainian/Russian: Native proficiency.
