What you will do

• Manage projects related to game releases, integrations, and platform improvements across development, staging, and production environments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Game Development, QA, DevOps, Release Management, and Operations.
• Work with engineering teams on deployment pipelines, environment dependencies, and infrastructure constraints.
• Identify bottlenecks in game certification, deployment, and release processes and propose improvements.
• Maintain project documentation including roadmaps, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Commercial teams with regular progress updates.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in project management within gaming, software, or technology environments.
• Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle and release management processes.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across technical and product domains.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical topics for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, Engineering, or related field.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience in iGaming or gaming industry.
• Basic understanding of game certification, regulatory environments, or market launches.
