What you will do

• Manage major and minor LTS projects, overseeing the entire lifecycle from planning and organization to control.
• Develop and analyze complex project concepts, deriving and implementing necessary measures for success.
• Coordinate subprojects, including detailed cost planning and monitoring compliance to take countermeasures against deviations.
• Ensure that technical production concepts are properly developed and implemented.
• Act as the primary interface between internal departments, customers, and external suppliers.
• Lead supplier selection for production equipment and services, managing the creation and signing of interface agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a Technical field or Business Administration.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar project management role.
• Proficiency in project management, problem-solving techniques, change management, and lean methods such as Six Sigma or CIP.
• Advanced English proficiency is a must.
• Strong communication, conflict management, and process-oriented thinking skills.
