Aftermarket Trainer (Automotive)

Location: Gyor, Hungary. Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50–75% required.

What you will do

• Conduct on-site training sessions in real work environments such as workshops and service centers.
• Coach trainees and provide step-by-step, hands-on instruction to bridge the gap between theory and practice.
• Train customers, dealers, and service partners to ensure correct product usage, maintenance, and repair.
• Operate the technical hotline to provide immediate troubleshooting and guidance for field teams.
• Collect feedback from trainees and field teams to identify skill gaps and improve training materials.
• Promote company standards, safety, and quality practices to align field execution with corporate guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Engineering, Quality, Sales, Product Planning, Training, or as an Automotive Mechanic.
• Bachelor’s or high school degree in a mechanical field.
• Knowledge and experience with ISO/TS-16949 or QS-9000.
• Fluent English and German (speaking and writing) are mandatory.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
