What you will do
- Deliver training courses to participants both on-site and remotely, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
- Develop and update training materials (presentations, handouts, and other resources) to keep content current and engaging.
- Identify training needs, design training programs, and build training schedules with the training team.
- Evaluate participant performance, provide constructive feedback, and improve learning outcomes.
- Incorporate latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices for automotive standards into training programs.
- Track training effectiveness using feedback and performance data; support Sales as an SME for training opportunities.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of automotive standards and processes, especially for the body shop segment.
- Proven experience as a trainer delivering automotive training courses to participants at various levels.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written) to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to travel to various locations in Germany to deliver on-site training courses.
- Proficiency using virtual training platforms and tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Nice to have
- Experience in collision repair or related fields.
