Training Professional (Automotive)

Location: Virtual Germany, with travel to various locations for on-site training

What you will do

• Deliver high-quality automotive training courses remotely and on site.
• Develop and update presentations, handouts, and other training resources.
• Identify training needs, design programs, and create training schedules with the training team.
• Evaluate participant performance, provide feedback, and monitor training effectiveness.
• Build customer relationships, address training inquiries, and support customer migrations across hirify.global platforms.
• Support Sales and Revenue Operations as a training subject-matter expert and contribute to customer satisfaction and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of automotive standards and processes, particularly in the body shop segment.
• Proven experience delivering automotive training to participants at different levels.
• Excellent verbal and written presentation and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with a customer-centric, results-driven approach.
• Willingness to travel and proficiency with virtual training platforms and tools.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the automotive industry and experience in collision repair or related fields.
