What you will do

• Lead complex commercial transactions, including drafting and negotiating enterprise SaaS agreements and strategic partnerships.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Finance teams to structure deals and resolve legal issues with business-focused solutions.
• Deliver practical legal guidance that balances risk, operational realities, and strategic priorities.
• Contribute to the development of standard contracting frameworks, playbooks, and legal resources to improve scalability.
• Support cross-border transactions and negotiations involving data protection, information security, and AI-related issues.
• Collaborate with legal colleagues across regions to promote consistent commercial contracting approaches.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 6+ years of experience, including substantial time supporting complex commercial transactions at a SaaS or technology company.
• Experience independently managing negotiations with enterprise customers and strategic partners.
• Ability to tailor legal guidance to diverse audiences and provide practical, business-focused advice.
• Collaborative approach to working across departments.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and decision-making.
