What you will do

• Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements including MSAs, SOWs, and partnership contracts.
• Provide risk-based legal advice to commercial teams to accelerate high-quality business outcomes.
• Develop and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and negotiation guidance to improve operational speed.
• Collaborate with Product, Finance, and Compliance teams to ensure contract terms align with regulatory requirements.
• Support data privacy contracting efforts, including DPAs and data transfer mechanisms.
• Integrate regulatory considerations such as AML and consumer protection into commercial terms.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 5–7 years of experience in law firms or in-house fintech/tech environments.
• Strong expertise in drafting and negotiating cross-border commercial contracts.
• Practical knowledge of GDPR and data protection in a contracting context.
• Familiarity with payments, financial services, or e-commerce contracting.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Tech-savvy with experience in CLM, CRM, and contract redlining platforms.
