What you will do

  • Own sprint planning, delivery visibility, and stand-ups as the main point of contact for engineering workload and execution.
  • Manage the business platform backlog and specs across Salesforce workflows, document handling/processing, and new operational tooling.
  • Partner daily with Salesforce engineering to scope, sequence, and deliver changes through the standard release process.
  • Coordinate releases with enablement, instrumentation, and operations handoff to track adoption and ongoing need assessments.
  • Run structured intake for feature requests across underwriting, servicing, funding, and compliance; prioritize with clear trade-offs.
  • Define and track success metrics and instrumentation to measure platform impact (not just delivery) with Analytics and Product Operations.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years in product management with meaningful ownership of internal platforms, business systems, or operational tooling.
  • Working knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, including scoping configuration vs. custom development and respecting deployment discipline.
  • Proven stakeholder management with large, non-technical user groups; ability to run intake and defend prioritization decisions.
  • Ability to measure product success using operational outcomes such as throughput, cycle time, and adoption, with evidence of impact.
  • High autonomy working with a director who sets direction rather than reviewing individual tickets.
  • Salesforce certifications in business administration, development, or similar domains.
