What you will do

• Serve as the primary People Partner for the global Operations leadership team.
• Lead the development and execution of people and talent priorities and annual activity calendars.
• Coach managers on leadership development, workforce planning, and career development.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve employee relations issues.
• Ensure regulatory compliance by maintaining deep knowledge of regional employment laws.
• Collaborate with the global People Team to align on company-wide people philosophy and programs.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of HR Generalist or HRBP experience.
• Working knowledge of regional employment laws and best practices.
• Fluent English communication for a global working environment.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency with cloud tools including Slack, Zoom, Google Suite, Lever, and BambooHR.
