What you will do

• Serve as a trusted HR advisor to functional leaders to implement organizational strategies.
• Partner with global HR teams, including Talent Acquisition, Rewards, and Learning, to enhance employee engagement.
• Manage complex employee relations cases, including performance management and risk mitigation.
• Develop strategies to bridge gaps between current capabilities and future business needs.
• Support cultural alignment and change management initiatives within the assigned function.
• Prepare workforce analysis and people data to drive business decisions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on business partnering.
• Demonstrated organizational skills in managing projects within a matrixed environment.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working across all organizational levels.
• Must be based in Taipei, Taiwan.
