What you will do
- Ensure full compliance with Singaporean employment legislation and proactively implement best practices.
- Provide strategic HR advisory and manage complex employee relations matters independently.
- Build influential relationships with senior stakeholders to drive positive culture and engagement.
- Coordinate and deliver regional People Plan projects aligned with the global strategy.
- Use data and analytics to improve people management decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Manage local HR administration, including insurance policies and vendor invoices.
Requirements
- Must be based in Singapore with extensive experience in local employment legislation.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial capacity.
- Proven ability to independently manage the full employee life cycle and complex ER cases.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across diverse cultures.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Proficiency in HR systems (Workday preferred) and Microsoft Office suite.

- Experience with Workday HR system.
- Background in the fintech or financial services sector.
