Senior Business Analyst

TL;DR

Senior Business Analyst (Telecommunications): Bridging the gap between IT and business within the billing and credit management team with an accent on process optimization and data-driven decision-making. Location: Must be based in or able to work from Melbourne or Sydney (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote).

What you will do

• Understand business demands and deliver programs within the Billing and Credit Management and Strategy team.
• Lead small to mid-size projects and support project managers on complex initiatives.
• Represent Billing and Credit in cross-functional forums to evaluate risks and operational impacts.
• Manage tender requirements and coordinate evaluations with the Procurement team.
• Translate complex business problems into clear, actionable requirements and data-driven recommendations.
• Create comprehensive documentation including BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and process maps.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in telecommunication applications, systems, and associated technologies.
• Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and design optimized end-to-end solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering actionable requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and facilitate workshops.
• Experience in end-to-end requirements elicitation and process mapping.
• Must be based in or able to work from Melbourne or Sydney.
