What you will do
- Lead customer workshops to uncover and document business requirements.
- Design and configure RegWorks solutions aligned to industry best practices.
- Own solution design documentation from discovery through to delivery.
- Guide customers through business transformation and process improvement.
- Support data migration, solution testing, and successful go-lives.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Technical Consultants, and developers to deliver outcomes.
Requirements
- Expertise in business consulting, business analysis, or functional consulting.
- Experience leading customer workshops and managing senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in solution design and business process mapping.
- Background in software configuration and implementation projects within enterprise software or SaaS environments.
- Australian Citizenship is required.
- Baseline Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain one) is highly regarded.
Nice to have
- Experience working with government, regulatory, or compliance solutions.
