What you will do

• Lead the implementation of hirify.global Dimension® for asset managers, asset owners, and insurers.
• Own specific project work-streams from initial solution design to final adoption by end-users.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure high-quality delivery of implementation projects.
• Act as a primary contact and sparring partner for clients' portfolio managers, traders, and compliance teams.
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the improvement of global implementation best practices.
• Identify opportunities for tailored services and prepare requirements for product enhancements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Analyst or Implementation Consultant for asset managers, banks, or consulting firms.
• Must be based in Sydney to adhere to the hybrid working policy (2 days/week in office).
• Deep knowledge in at least two areas: Portfolio management, Trading/OMS, Compliance, Performance measurement, Risk management, or Instrument valuation.
• Strong communication and consulting skills with a high degree of commercial awareness.
• Methodical mindset and a commitment to knowledge sharing within a team.

Nice to have

• Direct implementation and configuration experience with hirify.global Dimension®.
• CFA, CIPM, FRM or other relevant professional financial certifications.
• Experience implementing and configuring complex financial software.
