What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
• Drive account growth and retention by identifying expansion and upsell opportunities.
• Deliver product demonstrations and onboarding sessions for AI-powered data tools and syndicated solutions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify key trends and translate technical features into business benefits.
• Prepare client presentations, reports, and insight summaries with high accuracy.
• Partner with the New Business team to deliver engaging platform demos to prospects.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in consumer insights and research.
• Hands-on experience with syndicated, tracking, or continuous research data.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and a track record of growing client accounts.
• Strong data fluency with advanced Excel and cross-tabulation skills.
• Must be based in Sydney, Australia.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with senior stakeholders.
