What you will do

• Drive sales targets within the assigned area through daily merchant visits.
• Manage and mentor a team of 4 Sales Promoter Leaders and approximately 80 Sales Promoters.
• Ensure proper placement of promotional materials and execution of sales programs in stores.
• Coordinate with partner operational teams to gather market intelligence and resolve field issues.
• Monitor daily promoter activities and track key performance metrics including 1st billing data.
• Conduct field team training and regular refreshment sessions for promoters.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Bogor, Indonesia.
• Bachelor Degree (S1) in any field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in sales, preferably in financial services.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams and regional operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
• Excellent communication and marketing skills, including social media familiarity.
