What you will do

  • Collaborate with internal teams and distributors to achieve sales targets and optimize profitability.
  • Execute marketing strategies and identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals through training and operational support.
  • Utilize CRM tools for planning, reporting, and providing accurate sales forecasts.
  • Ensure all activities comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Manage customer feedback and handle product complaints effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Marketing/Business, Nursing, or as a Health Practitioner.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
  • Deep understanding of customer behavior and current trends in the medical device market.
  • Proven ability to manage sales operations specifically within the Tangerang and Jakarta regions.
  • Location: Must be based in Tangerang or Jakarta, Indonesia
