What you will do

• Drive sales targets within the assigned area through effective field management.
• Conduct daily visits to merchants and maintain strong relationships with store PICs.
• Oversee the implementation of promotional programs and ensure placement of POP materials in stores.
• Lead, monitor, and train a team of 15-20 Sales Promoters.
• Collaborate with partner operational teams to gather intelligence on sales, competitors, and field issues.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of working experience in sales or a related field.
• Must be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and specific territories.
• Excellent communication and marketing skills, including social media proficiency.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
• Ability to work in shifts.
