What you will do

• Create and execute a comprehensive Channel Business Plan for Malaysia, ASEAN, and Greater Asia.
• Lead geographic expansion into new markets by identifying optimal distributor and partner models.
• Drive Partner Generated pipeline and ARR, ensuring partners actively source and close net-new opportunities.
• Develop a partner recruitment strategy to identify, onboard, and activate new Resellers and MSPs.
• Collaborate with Sales and Regional Marketing to implement joint campaigns and co-selling motions.
• Establish a partner enablement strategy for both sales and technical disciplines to drive independent market delivery.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in IT channel and partner management, preferably within SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Proven track record of driving Partner Generated revenue via Distributors, Resellers, and MSPs.
• Demonstrated experience managing geo-expansion across ASEAN and Greater Asia.
• Must be based in Malaysia.
• English: Fluency required.
• Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
