What you will do

• Resolve merchant requests regarding WRO and URO related issues and handle escalations.
• Investigate receiving discrepancies and communicate updates to the Operations Manager and Regional Director.
• Plan, visualize, and conduct the loading and offloading of trucks and containers.
• Schedule daily loads through carriers and manage all Bill of Lading (BOL) requirements.
• Manage driver check-ins/outs and log appointments using NOVA scheduling software.
• Ensure products are handled, stored, and distributed according to safety and legality standards.

Requirements

• 1+ years of warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work onsite in North Aurora, IL.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk continuously for 8-10 hour shifts.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently without direct supervision.
