What you will do

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end validation of engine systems and components to support NPI and NSI projects.
• Provide technical guidance to localization personnel on validation plans and process conformance.
• Manage project scope, resources, costs, and schedules across multiple business functions, including sales, marketing, and manufacturing.
• Coach and develop project team members to enhance their technical competence and professional growth.
• Drive process conformance by monitoring non-compliance and implementing robust continuous improvement activities.
• Oversee development activities for multiple product lines and ensure adherence to Product Change Control processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science from an accredited curriculum.
• Location: Must be based in Tianjin, China, and work onsite five days a week.
• Extensive experience in product planning, development, and delivery cycles.
• Expert-level proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Proven ability to manage high-risk, high-cost projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong expertise in requirements analysis and the ability to produce detailed functional models.
