What you will do

• Lead the Decoration Process Engineering team to achieve company goals and maintain the highest technical standards in coaching and problem-solving.
• Manage process stability and sustainability from the Final Engineering Pilot phase through to full Production Start.
• Optimize the balance between production costs, manufacturability, and the aesthetic quality of toy decorations.
• Drive project management for continuous quality, process improvement, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure strict compliance with QMS and EHS legal requirements and other company standards.
• Define process capabilities, operator instructions, and control plans in collaboration with the Production team.

Requirements

• Professional Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemistry.
• At least 3 years of people management experience, preferably within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with Chemical and Surface coating processes.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organizational hierarchy.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Power BI, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, PLC, SolidWorks, or Auto CAD.
• Lean Practitioner Certification.
