What you will do

• Supervise and develop production staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols and lead emergency response efforts.
• Maintain product quality by enforcing ISO standards and implementing corrective actions.
• Optimize production throughput and cost-effectiveness by monitoring labor, materials, and utility usage.
• Manage the Shanghai facility budget and provide data-driven reports to the Operations Director.
• Coordinate with the Production Scheduler to ensure timely delivery and accurate ERP system parameters.

Requirements

• Must be based in Shanghai or able to work from the facility.
• Proven experience in production management or manufacturing supervision.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and quality management systems (ISO).
• Proficiency in ERP systems and production scheduling processes.
• Ability to lead multicultural teams and enforce corporate policies.
• English proficiency required for reporting and professional communication.
