What you will do

• Drive supplier improvement efforts and manage overall quality for the MEGA project, specifically for stainless steel products.
• Maintain supplier quality databases, including metrics and supplier scorecards.
• Conduct supplier audits to assess compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the SCAR program to ensure the implementation and closure of corrective action plans.
• Partner with the sourcing team to select suppliers and lead new project development.
• Oversee supplier transition activities to ensure smooth transfers and consistent production quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a preference for Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of Quality and Engineering experience, including at least 5 years as an SQE.
• Experience in the valve, automobile, or export-related fields, preferably within foreign companies.
• Proficiency in quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, and 8D.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14000, and ESG standards.
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Willingness to travel.

Nice to have

• Understanding of UL, NSF, and WQA (Water Quality Association) standards.
• Experience with stainless steel component processes, including forging, casting, and machining.
