Location: Remote, US (must be based in the United States). Ideal locations: Chicago, New York, Washington DC, or Atlanta. Note: Approximately 50% travel across the East Coast is required.

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Dealership Success Managers across East Coast territories.
- Drive retention, adoption, and expansion across the dealership customer portfolio to maximize business results.
- Set clear performance expectations and hold the team accountable to measurable customer outcomes.
- Build trusted relationships with dealership leaders and executive stakeholders.
- Translate customer goals into technical action plans for effective adoption of AI solutions.
- Travel regularly to support customers and conduct field activity for team development.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in customer success, account management, services, or consulting.
- Proven experience managing teams and delivering strong business results.
- Experience in automotive, dealerships, or complex B2B SaaS environments.
- Must be based in the US.
- Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
- Technical aptitude and a genuine curiosity about AI applications.
