What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Mid-Market Account Executives.
  • Drive deal strategy and execution across complex cycles.
  • Elevate sales methodology adoption, ensuring clear qualification and next steps.
  • Build a strategic selling culture towards larger, value-led engagements.
  • Orchestrate multi-stakeholder relationships and resolve conflicts.
  • Segment and prioritize territories to uncover expansion opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven 6-figure closer and sales leader with 5+ years of management experience.
  • Deep command of MEDDIC/MEDDPICC sales methodology.
  • Fluent in qualification, mutual action plans, and executive alignment.
  • Executive presence with clear direction, high standards, and strong communication.
  • Coaching and talent development skills.
  • Skilled at aligning technical and economic buyers.

Nice to have

  • Technical sales fluency, especially selling to technical teams.
  • Leadership experience in Mid-Market or Enterprise SaaS across the US.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with new ideas and a drive to outperform benchmarks.
