Senior R&D; Program Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead complex, end-to-end, cross-organizational Agile technology projects.
• Coordinate Development, Operations, R&D, and Product teams to ensure alignment and execution.
• Drive adoption of AI tools to improve project management, workflows, and productivity.
• Coach teams on Agile methodologies and drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies, improve processes, and strengthen collaboration across R&D, Product, and Operations.
• Motivate cross-functional teams, engage stakeholders, and solve delivery challenges independently.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management or PMO.
• Strong project management experience in the software industry.
• PMP certification and experience with Jira administration.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong presentation, communication, decision-making, prioritization, and delivery skills.
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or an equivalent field.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of quality methodologies and CI/CD.
• Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
