What you will do

• Lead complex, end-to-end, cross-organizational projects across Development, Operations, R&D, and Product teams.
• Drive the adoption of AI tools to optimize project management, workflows, and overall team productivity.
• Coach teams on Agile methodologies to foster continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and refine processes to enhance collaboration between departments.
• Motivate and align cross-functional teams through transparent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Solve complex challenges and drive impactful outcomes independently.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Program management or PMO roles.
• Profound project management experience within the software industry.
• PMP Certification required.
• Experience in Jira administration.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of quality methodologies, CI, or CD.
