Technical Program Manager – Agile

What you will do

• Plan and oversee technology application development, implementation, upgrades, and program deliverables.
• Define project scope, goals, requirements, roadmaps, forecasts, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Manage Agile ceremonies and cadences, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and stand-ups.
• Build Jira-based reporting for velocity, throughput, capacity, delivery risk, team health, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate engineering, business, QA, testing, and UAT activities across the SDLC.
• Manage stakeholder and vendor communication, risks, blockers, escalations, scope changes, and delivery outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 6 years of IT experience and 3 years of program management experience.
• Expert-level project management experience across technology programs and projects.
• Experience with Agile ceremonies and cadences, Jira, project reporting, delivery metrics, and risk management.
• Experience with cybersecurity, application testing, and coordination of QA and UAT activities.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholder groups, technical teams, and technology vendors.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree and product management experience.
• TPM or Agile project management experience.
• Experience with Archer, ServiceNow, or AI.
