Senior Technical Program Manager (Logistics)

Location: Warsaw or Kraków, Poland

InPost Group operates technology-driven out-of-home delivery and e-commerce platforms across Europe, including intelligent parcel locker networks and a large Polish FMCG marketplace.

What you will do

• Own complex, multi-team technology programs from planning through launch.
• Build program plans covering goals, milestones, value slicing, roadmaps, and critical paths.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies, risks, integration boundaries, and readiness reviews.
• Translate business and technical goals into measurable outcomes and track program KPIs.
• Coordinate non-functional requirements including SLA/SLO, security, and operability.
• Use AI tooling to automate reporting, risk monitoring, readiness testing, and metrics validation while coaching teams on AI adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in technology program management.
• 4+ years delivering complex, multi-domain programs with measurable business impact.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with MS Office, Atlassian Jira and Confluence, SQL/PostgreSQL, at least one programming language, REST/SOAP web services, security fundamentals, and MongoDB.
• Strong command of Agile, Kanban, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies, plus experience with roadmaps, delivery plans, risk registers, and data analysis.
• Fluent English and Polish required.

Nice to have

• Experience managing third-party vendors or consultants.
• People leadership or mentoring experience.
• Master’s degree in Engineering Management, Business, or a related field.
• PMP, SAFe/Agile, ITIL, Six Sigma Black Belt, or equivalent certification.
