Salary: $125,400 - $181,875

What you will do

• Develop and execute business plans to drive sales through key dealer-firms.
• Manage relationships with senior B-D home-office sales, product, and marketing executives.
• Collaborate with internal Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to drive growth.
• Create targeted campaigns for retirement-focused Financial Advisors.
• Act as the primary contact and facilitator for dealer-firm requests and initiatives.
• Represent the company as a subject matter expert at industry conferences and speaking engagements.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• FINRA Series 6 and 63 registrations (must be obtained within corporate timelines).
• FINRA fingerprinting is required.
• 10 years of experience in Defined Contribution administration, communication, and investments.
• Deep knowledge of retirement plan markets, investment products, and portfolio theory.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays.
• Must be based in the US with valid work authorization.
