What you will do

• Establish and monitor overarching performance metrics across the hotel fleet to track macro trends.
• Identify lagging venues and partner with State Managers to implement turnaround and optimization strategies.
• Deliver key analytics to Capital, Property, and Strategy functions to guide major investment decisions.
• Utilize guest data from the pub+ platform and Single View of Guest to generate growth-oriented commercial insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams outside of finance to develop end-to-end commercial solutions.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in a finance or analytics role, preferably in a commercial environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• CA/CPA qualification or currently working towards obtaining one.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling and handling large datasets.
• Proficiency with GCP, Excel, and Google Suite (Sheets, Slides).
